RTS Power Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 February 2016, to consider Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2015, after the said Results having been approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
