Safari Industries (India) allots 15 lakh equity shares

On preferential basis

(India) has allotted 12,50,000 Equity of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 340/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 338/- per share) aggregating to Rs. 42.50 crore on Preferential basis to Malabar Fund. The Company has allotted 2,50,000 Equity of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 340/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 338/- per share) aggregating to Rs. 8.50 crore on Preferential basis to Malabar Value Fund.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4.15 crore representing 2,07,50,000 equity of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4.45 crore representing 2,22,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
