Safari Industries (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 Jun 2014 to alter the Authorised Share Capital of the Company by classifying the unclassified share capital of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, to issue equity shares/warrants convertible into equity shares to one or more persons, including the promoters of the Company, on a preferential basis as per the applicable laws including SEBI regulations, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, and to fix the date, time and venue of the Extra-Ordinary general meeting of the Members of the Company for obtaining their approval under item no. 1 and 2.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
