Glance Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2014, inter-alia, took the following decisions:

Considered and approved appointment of P C Deora & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor of the Company for F.Y.2014-15.

Considered and approved appointment of S K Jain & Co., Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y.2014-15.
