SEAMEC contracts to deploy vessel SEAMEC-II

For long term charter for 3 years

SEAMEC announced that HAL Offshore has been awarded a Letter of Intent by Oil and Natural Gas Corpn for charter hire of multi support vessel for the scope of work as specified in the tender for a period for 3 years.

It has been agreed by and between HAL and the Company for chartering the vessel SEAMEC-II by Company to HAL along with the Marine Crew only.

The total contract value for the period of 3 years will be USD 27,694,740 approx.
