Shakti Pumps (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 May 2018, to approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 along with Audit Report, to consider for recommendation of dividend to the shareholders of the Company, and to consider and approve for the formation of Treasury Committee of the Board.
