Shipping Corporation of India announces appointment of director

With effect from 23 January 2015

Shipping Corporation of India announced that the Company notify following change in the Board of Directors of the Company:

- Vide letter dt. 23 January 2015, the Company has been informed by the Ministry of Shipping that H. K. Joshi, has been nominated as Director (Finance) on the Board of SCI for a period of five years from the date of her assumption of charge of the post, till the date of her superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
