Shriram City Union Finance announced that Arun Duggal, a Non-Executive Non-independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company from 15 November 2014.The Company have informed the Board of Directors about it and a resolution to this effect is proposed to be circulated to the Board of Directors.
