Shriram Transport Finance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 5 cr

On private placement basis

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Banking and Finance Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 10 June 2016 approved and allotted 50 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 5 crore on private placement basis.
