Sita Shree Food Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014 has approved the following -Anoop Goyal, whole time Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Anshu Goyal has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
