SM Energy Teknik & Electronics announces change in directorate

On 13 June 2016

SM Energy Teknik & Electronics announced that the following:

1. Gordhanlal H Phalore, Executive Director has resigned from his post w.e.f. 12 February 2016 from the Board of the Company.

2. AtuI B Oza has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 13 April 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. Sunil Rao, Director has resigned from his post w.e.f. 30 May 2016 from the Board of the Company.

4. Dilip A Pimparkar, Director has resigned from his post w.e.f. 30 May 2016 from the Board of the Company.
