Spandana Sphoorty Financial to issue NCDs aggregating Rs 125 cr

Spandana Sphoorty Financial approved the issuance of up to 10,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market-Linked (PP-MLD), Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs.100 crore with a green shoe option of up to 2,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market-Linked (PP-MLD), Non Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs.25 crore on private placement basis.
