Spentex Industries announces change in directorate

Spentex Industries announced that the following changes have taken place in the Company's directorate:

VCIGPM has withdrawn their nominee (Rajeev Kalra) from the Board of the Company, State Bank of India has appointed Samir Kumar Nath (Retd. From SBI) as its Nominee Director on the Board and Prem Malik, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of the Company.
