SREI Infrastructure Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 February 2016, to approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31 December 2015, subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
