State Bank of India announces cessation of director

With effect from 30 November 2014

State Bank of India announced that A Krishna Kumar, Managing Director, nominated under Section 19(b) of the SBI Act, 1955, ceased to be a Director on the Bank's Central Board, consequent upon his superannuation, as at the close of business on 30 November 2014.
