State Bank of India standalone net profit rises 122.72% in the March 2017 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 10.36% to Rs 47392.57 crore

Net profit of State Bank of India rose 122.72% to Rs 2814.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1263.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Total Operating Income rose 10.36% to Rs 47392.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 42941.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.36% to Rs 10484.10 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 9950.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Total Operating Income rose 7.02% to Rs 175518.24 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 163998.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
