State Trading Corporation of India announces cessation of directors

With effect from 18 April 2015

State Trading Corporation of India announced that B. Kinnera Murthy and Jayendra N. Shah ceased to be Part-time Non-Official Directors (independent on the Board of the Company consequent upon completion of their tenure of appointment i.e. a period of three years from the date of appointment on the Board Directors i.e. w.e.f. 18 April 2015.
