Sterling Tools to hold adjourned board meeting

Sterling Tools announced that the meeting of Board of Directors held on 02 April 2014 to discuss the proposal of purchase of shares of Haryana Ispat, a related entity, has been deferred for the want of certain more information by Board of Directors.

The adjourned meeting will be held on 07 April 2014 to finalize the said proposal.
