On conversion of warrants

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company has allotted 40,40,404 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of the Company on conversion of equivalent number of warrants consequent to the receipt of application for exercise of option along with exercise money aggregating to Rs. 99.99 crore from some of its warrant holders.
