Talwalkars Better Value Fitness announced that the QIP issue opened on 17 June 2015 and closed on 19 June 2015. The QIP Committee passed a resolution for allotment of 3,523,968 equity shares of the Company at Rs 305 each on 23 June 2015 to successful QIBs.
