Tamil Nadu Petro Products director resigns

With effect from 2019

Tamil Nadu Petro Products announced that Ramesh Chand Meena, IAS (DIN 08009394), Director nominated by Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), has resigned from the Board of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited consequent to his transfer from TIDCO. As per Section 168 of the Companies Act zor3, the resignation is effective from 14 October 2019, being the date of receipt of the letter of resignation.
