Tarmat announces appointment of company secretary

With effect from 12 August 2014

Tarmat announced that Shivatosh Chakraborty has joined in the Company as Company Secretary with effect from 12 August 2014 in place of Sreekumar Nair who has since resigned.

Shivatosh Chakraborty has also been designated as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the date of his joining.
