Net loss of Tata Power Company reported to Rs 593.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 371.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.25% to Rs 1890.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2016.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit declined 79.08% to Rs 283.45 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1354.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 17.00% to Rs 7218.06 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 8696.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
