Tata Steel to consider issuance of NCDs on private placement basis

Tata Steel announced that a meeting of the Committee of Directors will be held on 13 April 2020 to consider and approve the issuance of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, within the limits approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13 August 2018.
