Tayo Rolls allots preference shares to Tata Steel

Tayo Rolls announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 16 January 2015 have allotted 5,00,000 (five lakhs only) 8.50% non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each to Tata Steel on Preferential basis.
