Tech Mahindra announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 30 January 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve :1. The audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31 December 2016 (Q3); and
2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31 December 2016 (Q3).
