Tejas Networks allots 52,065 equity shares under ESOP

Tejas Networks has allotted 52,065 equity shares under ESOP on 24 November 2021.

Consequent to the allotment, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,13,99,84,240 /- divided into 11,39,98,424 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 1,13,94,63,590 /- divided into 11,39,46,359 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
