Torrent Pharmaceuticals announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 27 July 2015

Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced that Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2015 has appointed Renu Challu as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company to hold the office for a term of three (3) consecutive years effective from 27 July 2015, not liable to retire by rotation.

Further, Dr. Chaitanya Dutt has been reappointed as Director (Research & Development) with effect from 01 January 2015 for a period of 3 years.
