Torrent Power announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 27 February 2015

Torrent Power announced that Srinivas Kotra has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 27 February 2015. Consequently, he has ceased to be designated Compliance Officer and Key-Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the above mentioned date.
