Tree House Education & Accessories will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 November 2014, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30 September 2014, and to increase the authorized share capital of the Company and consequent Alternation of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders.
