UFO Moviez India allots equity shares

Under ESOS

UFO Moviez India announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 03 December 2015 has allotted equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option schemes of the Company as below:

a. 24,125 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and

b. 262,555 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
