Union Bank of India allots 165.98 crore equity shares to GoI
The Committee of Directors for Raising of Capital Funds of Union Bank of India at its meeting held on 30 November 2019 approved the allotment of 1,65,98,02,538 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 70.90 per share aggregating to Rs 11,767.99 crore to Government of India in accordance with the applicable provisions.
