Promoters infuse Rs 60 crore through rights issue
Vascon Engineers announced that it has recently raised Rs 100 crore through a rights issue. The rights issue was subscribed by over 130%. The promoters of the Company infused Rs 60 crore through this issue, increasing the promoter shareholding to 48.02%. The Company plans to repay debt of Rs 62 crore and utilise Rs 38 crore to drive mainly residential projects, namely Windermere in Koregaon Park and Ela near Margarpatta city.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
