VIP Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 February 2016, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results with Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2015. & Interim Dividend on the equity shares for the Financial Year 2015-16.
