Vishnu Chemicals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 November 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September 2015, statement of assets and liabilities for the same period and Limited Review Report to be given by the Statutory Auditors.
