Voith Paper Fabrics India announces change in directorate

With effect from 23 July 2014

Voith Paper Fabrics India announced the following changes in the Board of the Company :

R Krishna Kumar - Appointed by the Board of Directors as an Additional Director at its meeting held on 23 July 2014 with immediate effect, and also the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 August 2014.

Chandra Sekhar Panigrahi - Resigned from the Office of Director, at the conclusion of Board Meeting held on 23 July 2014.
