VRL Logistics to pay interim dividend for FY 2015-16

On 19 February 2016

VRL Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 February 2016, inter alia, have considered and declared an interim dividend for the FY 2015-16 at the rate of 50% (Rs. 5 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each).

Interim Dividend would be paid on or before 19 February 2016.
