Womens Next Loungeries allots 1.30 lakh equity shares

Womens Next Loungeries has allotted 1,30,000 Equity Shares of the Company of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 60/- per share (which includes premium of Rs. 50/- per share) on the conversion of equal number of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the Promoter of the Company for cash.
