The Board of Wonderla Holidays has recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 008072S) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a term of five
consecutive years from the conclusion of 19th AGM to be held in 2021 till the conclusion of 24th AGM in 2026.
