10 kg ganja seized near Bangladesh border

The BSF has seized 10 kg of ganja from near the Bangladesh border in West Bengal's Nadia district, an officer said on Wednesday.

In a special operation, troopers of the Border Security Force seized at least eight kg of ganja near the Mustafapur border outpost and two kg from near the Banpur border outpost on Tuesday night.

"We couldn't apprehend the miscreants who were trying to smuggle the ganja to Bangladesh but we managed to seize the contraband," said a BSF officer.
