12 killed in China bus-truck accident

At least 12 persons were killed and 28 others injured when a truck trying to dodge a horse on the road collided with a bus in China's Mongolia region, authorities said.

The accident occurred on Saturday evening in Mongolia Yakeshi city, Xinhua news agency cited a statement as saying.

A horse dashed onto the road and the truck was trying to avoid it when it collided against the bus, an earlier statement from the government said.
