An unidentified, decomposed body of a foreign national was recovered outside a shop here, police said Sunday.
The body most likely of a national from a African country, and aged around 35 years, was stuffed in a plastic sack. It was spotted by passersby in the Nizamuddin area of south Delhi Sunday morning.
Police said the body was taken to a hospital and a case of murder has been registered.
