BSF brass band to play at Connaught Place Thursday

As part of the centenary celebrations of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), one of India's oldest civic bodies, the Border Security Force (BSF) brass band will perform in Connaught Place Thursday.

The band will play a selection of martial music at the Central Park from 2 p.m, an official statement said.

The BSF band had bagged the overall championship in the 13th All India Police Bands Competition 2012 organised at India Gate.
