BCCI interim chief Jagmohan Dalmiya Sunday congratulated the Indian cricket team for its 5-0 clean sweep over Zimbabwe in the bilateral One-day International series.
"Many Congratulations to Team India for registering the clean sweep on foreign soil. The young Indian squad oozed confidence and showed immense determination," Dalmiya said in a statement.
India hammered Zimbabwe by seven wickets in Bulawayo Saturday to wrap up the series 5-0.
The series win helped India strengthen its position as the No.1 ranked team in the ICC ODI rankings.
