Russian Ivan Gakhov and N. Vijay Sundar Prashanth lined up for the singles title as they came through their semi-final matches with hard-fought wins in the MCC-SR Subramaniam Memorial International Tennis Federation (ITF) men's Futures tennis tournament, here Friday.
Fifth seeded Gakhov overcame Ranjeet Virali-Murugesan 6-4, 5-7, 7-5, while Prashanth knocked out second seed N. Sriram Balaji 7-5, 6-4, in the semi-finals.
