GlaxoSmithkline Q2 net profit surges 36.85 percent

GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare on Friday reported an increase of 36.85 percent in its net profit for the quarter ended September 30 this year, at Rs.219.37 crore as against Rs.160.29 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2014-15.

Its net revenue increased marginally by just one percent at Rs.1,125.69 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs.1,113.60 crore in the year-ago period.
