Groping backside is sexual assault: Italy's court

Rome, Feb 15 (IANS/AKI) Touching or squeezing someone's buttocks "uninvited" is sexual assault, Italy's Supreme Court ruled in a sentence published on Monday.

The Supreme Court of Cassation issued the ruling against a motorist who groped a policewoman's backside and made obscene remarks to her after she ordered him to pull over.
