HC notice to Delhi Police on Kanhaiya's bail plea

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to Delhi Police and asked it file status report on bail plea of JNU Student Union president Kanhaiya Kumar, arrested for sedition.

Police opposed the bail plea of Kanhaiya saying investigation is going on.

Justice Pratibha Rani issued notice to Delhi Police and asked it to file status report by Wednesday.
