Heritage dak bunglow gutted in Kashmir

An over 80-year-old government dak bunglow (rest house) was destroyed in a blaze in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district Sunday, an official said.
Situated in the highway town of Bannihal on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway, the single storey rest house was built in 1931 during the reign of Maharaja Hari Singh and was a heritage landmark.
The cause of blaze is being established, authorities told IANS.
