Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her husband rapper Kanye West have reportedly purchased the house adjacent to their massive $20 million estate in the luxurious area of Hidden Hills here for $2.9 million.
A source told eonline.com that the ranch-style spread, which sits on 1.49 acres, is "a total tear-down," which suggests that this power couple is planning to expand their already vast property.
And if that's the case, the insider adds that the couple's addition will make "the very private duo a monopoly on the block."
If the duo combine the two properties, they will end up owning just under 4.5 acres in the coveted hills of Calabasas.
North West's parents spent $20 million on their home located in the same neighbourhood as Kris Jenner's family home back in August. The estate sits on 3.5 acres of land and features amenities one could only dream of - including two swimming pools, two spas, two barbecue centres and even its very own vineyard.
